IFS Professional Practice Group

Join me and IFS Practitioner, Anne Alftine, in supported practice sessions for graduates of the Level 1 IFS training (or equivalent) to help with the transition from training to real life integration of the model. Get hands-on tailored guidance while being supported by an IFS Self-led community. Choose to join one or both groups!

Who is this group for?

The IFS Professional Practice Group

is for IFS practitioners who...

are excited about the IFS model, but still need more practice and support
could use structured guidance to figure out how the model works in real life
could benefit from observing and learning from a network of other practitioners at a similar stage of learning
recognize their own parts inhibit Self-led work and want to strengthen their inner awareness and Self-connection
recognize the value of mutual support and connection in Self-led community

Why does this group matter?

The IFS Professional Practice Group was created to offer a bridge of support for IFS practitioners after completion of Level 1.

Level 1 is an amazing and extensive training and is simultaneously just the beginning.
Competence in the model requires time and practice.
Practicing only with clients and without feedback is a limiting factor to growth.
Working with guidance allows for growth to be intentional and supported.
Working with peers allows new practitioners to cross check their progress and cross-pollinate ideas.

The 2026 Fall Cohort IFS Professional Practice Group is meeting the following days/times:

Fall Practice Group - Wednesdays
Dates: Oct 7, Oct 14, Oct 21, Oct 28, Nov 4, Nov 11, Nov 18, & Dec 2

Times: 10:30-12pm PST/1:30-3pm EST

Cost: $400-450 (reach out if you have financial need!).
