ASL Interpreter
Support Group
The ASL interpreter support group is a facilitated gathering of professional sign language interpreters offering camaraderie and support through self-awareness, shared experience and stress management using the frame of Internal Family Systems (IFS).
This group is for anyone experiencing overwhelm, imposter syndrome, self-judgement or loneliness in our profession.
The group is facilitated by Kara Stella, NIC, a 28 year ASL interpreter and professional IFS coach.

IFS Level 1+ Weekly
Non-Licensed
Peer Consultation Group
The IFS Level 1+ Weekly Non-Licensed Peer Consultation Group is open to non-licensed practitioners who have completed Level 1 or Stepping Stones IFS training.
Build relationship while we share our challenges and questions with the group. Bring your Self energy and we will support each other in becoming more Self-led in our individual practice!
Every Thursday evening, 6-7:30pm PST.

IFS Professional Practice Group -
2026 Summer Series
Join me and IFS Practitioner, Anne Alftine, in supported practice sessions for graduates of the Level 1 IFS training (or equivalent) to help with the transition from training to real life integration of the model.
Get hands-on tailored guidance while being supported by an IFS Self-led community.
Dates: May 1, June 5, June 26, July 24
Times: 10:30-12pm PST/1:30-3pm EST
Cost: $200-$220 (reach out if you have financial need!).
